The EVH® D-Tuna is a device that was designed to adapt to a double-locking tremolo, such as a Floyd Rose or Floyd Rose-licensed version fine tuner tremolo and allows the player to rapidly drop from E to D tuning.  This device has been a standard for Eddie Van Halen's personal and signature series guitars since the early 90's.   It's simple to use and it works well.
