Replaced the Zinc block in my Xotic XS-1. Very nice improvement. The guitar just sounds bigger. More mids but still retains the highend sparkle. The wound strings have a more "piano" like tone to them. I find myself looking for ways to play things on the wound strings. WAY MORE SUSTAIN! Really dig what the block did for an already great guitar. I also upgraded to the titanium saddles and a Brass Claw. They've been in the guitar for several months so the honeymoon is over. Great customer service too.

Outstanding upgrade to my Grosh Retro Classic. Replaced a deep drilled zinc block. Was looking for i bit more mids so that my single note playing had more punch and KGC's brass block delivered.What's really great is my guitar still retained the beautiful chimey high end.The sustain has improved and my distortion-overdrive pedals are now much more responsive. The customer service I received during this process was incredible.
