Our Policies
Shipping Policy:
We will ship anywhere in the world! There are only a few places that we cannot ship to that do not have reliable courier or postal services. KGC uses USPS Priority and Express Mail and First Class for delivery our products. Package tracking is ONLY available if you select Express shipping. We reccommend that if you are ordering internationally - you choose Express shipping! Priority and First Class mail can not guarantee delivery outside the United States and DO NOT offer tracking outside the US.
KGC is not responsible for any packages shipped outside the US via USPS priority or First Class. All sales shipped via USPS Priority or First Class are to be considered complete once shipped. Please be aware of the risk involved if you do not live in the United States.
If you select First Class Mail, please be sure that you are only purchasing ONE SMALL ITEM or a few very small and light items! We will have to contact you for a shipping upgrade if your order is over 13 ounces in weight and you have selected First Class.
We always ship your order as fast as possible, but please keep in mind that there can be reasons for delay. Many of the items on this website are custom made upon order and others may not be regular stocking items - this could delay your shipment anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on what you have ordered. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact us directly.
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:
We back up each and every one of our products 100% for quality of workmanship and for perfect functionality. Our products perform exactly as we say they do and our return policy backs that up. We will accept returns within 5 days of reciept of your KGC product - even if you just plain don't like it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. KGC can also not be held responsible for any additional costs regarding installation of our products or modification of your instrument under any circumstances. Please also keep in mind that products that have been custom engraved or custom manufactured to your specs cannot be returned. If you need to exchange your purchase for a different model or other parts, please send the parts you wish to return with a note in the box stating what parts you want in exchange. Parts can only be exchanged upon return or original order, Customer is responsible for shipping cost of both returned items as well as items that are being exchanged for. Under no circumstances is KGC to be considered responsible for shipping costs regardless of situation or reason for return/exchange. Any returns received by KGC after 30 of customer's receipt of item will be given as STORE CREDIT. Cash/Credit Card/PayPal refunds are only applicable to items returned within this 30 day window. No exceptions
Stocking Policy:
Many of our components are stocked items but there are some items that will need to be manufactured upon your order with KGC. Lead times can vary depending on item availability at the time of your order. Please keep in mind that our blocks and bridges are hand-made and sometimes will take some time to make. We always do our best to get your items shipped in a timely manner, but there are some that will take slightly longer. Left-handed parts and many of the parts listed may or may not be stocked items. Although we keep as many of the products listed on our website in stock, it is not guaranteed and you may have to wait for a product to be ordered or specially manufactured.
There are also times when certain items may be out of stock due to backorder by the manufacturer. If an item is backordered, we will ship your entire order upon receipt at KGC of all items to complete your order. It is not the responsibility of KGC to hold to a certain time frame for delivery of all items under any circumstances. There are sometimes issues that may arise that cause an order to be held for some time. Please contact us via email if you have any questions about the shipping time for your order.
Payment Policy:
All payments are processed through PayPal or directly through KGC's Credit Card portal. PayPal allows for you to pay via Credit Card without a payPal account or by using your PayPal account directly. For your security and ours, PayPal provides top notch service and support including buyer protection and the highest in online security measures. Once payment is complete through PayPal, we receive your order and can process it as soon as possible.
All direct credit card orders are processed by Authorize.net. This is a processing company with a great reputation for secure transactions and you can rest assured that KGC takes all of the security measures necessary to protect your information.
